I do not know how to translate this. Can I use "avec beaucoup d'élégance"?
The whole sentence is "this unique family home has been built to a very high standard with elegant appointments".

In this sort of blurb, I'm used to seeing 'prestations' for 'appointments'; you might choose another adjective, like 'raffinées', for example.
'très belles prestations', 'prestations haut de gamme', etc.
