This is from a UK newspaper story and is a disparaging term for indigenous white people seen as being lazy and uneducated. I believe the term is originally from the US, but seems to be quite common now in the UK. I need a term understandable to readers from Spain.

Por cierto, en algunos libros he visto el término "arrabalero", empleado para referirse a la gente inculta y sin perspectivas de los barrios periféricos de ciudades del Reino Unido. Lo que pasa es que no hace referencia a una raza en concreto.
