Do Jerzego: pisalam o Gourmet Remouladzie, a tam wlasnie tez sa ogórki konserwowe. Moze zwykla R. bardziej podpada pod sos béarnaise, ale w koncu chodzilo o to, zeby czytelnicy wiedzieli, z czym maja do czynienia.

Discussion
Die Grundbestandteile von Remouladensauce sind Öl, Weinessig oder Zitronensaft, Eigelb und Senf. Weitere Zutaten sind insbesondere Kräuter, Kapern, feingehackte Sardellenfilets, klein geschnittene Essiggurken, fein gehacktes hartes Ei usw.
