Italian term

allagamento

Italian to English Bus/Financial Insurance
inondazione, allagamento e alluvione

I have the three terms together and not really sure how to make a distinction and which is the appropriate technical/insurance terminology

(flood and inundation I was thinking of using for inondazione and alluvione)

thank you!

flooding

I would just replace them with flooding. The English language is not particularly bothered by the origin of the flooding to the extent that Italian is, so I would say that "flooding" corresponds to the generic category of these acquatic events.
If you try and use three then people will wonder in English what distinction you are trying to draw, so I would avoid it.

flooding

flooding and flooding and flooding. Italy has loads of them unfortunately and perhaps lots of words for it. If you look carefully at the image searches, they all show what in English is flooding. I don't thing a UK or US insurance company would talk about "inundation" really. Obviously alluvione would tend to include a river, but otherwise if the premiums and payouts are the same for all, I would just use one word for all three.
