green areas

This is the term I have used in my real estate translations. "Green space" suggests the mass of space, while here it seems more appropriate to consider the individual green areas.

parkland area

While green space seems to be used more and more these days it is certainly not something that I would ever say and I think it sounds strange.
I took a quick look in a resort magazine that I have and came up with the following phrases: lawns, parkland area, landscaping, (exuberant / incredible) vegetation, green countryside, gardens.
Depends on the context of your text which will fit best.
Note from asker:
I wouldn't use "green space" either. However, "parkland" doesn't quite fit for the context. Nonetheless, thank you for all the valuable options!
