I have no idea what this is and can't find it anywhere. It's used several times in a 1000-word text.

In some contexts it could be translated as 'fuzz'. Never heard it here for cannabis and, obviously, this does not fit this context.

Interesting. In mx. mota is the most common designation for cannabis.

The text is extremely narrow in its scope. It only explains how a moulding machine works and says nothing about any broader purpose. I think Daniel may have found what I'm looking for though.
