In the past, I have often gone to a book bar in Shuangnan District, which is named as Weishu Book Bar on Zhixin North Road (The lane on the left of Shuangnan Renrenle Supermarket). The cost will be cheap (Around RMB 15 Yuan per person for a cup of tea, no any extra cost).
