Eight Bolts (each side)

Disconnect the Stem
Unscrew the four bolts to release the stem from the actuator connector.

Disconnect the BPV Housing
Remove four bolts on both cylinder brackets to release the BPV housing.

Remove All Hard Stops
Remove the four *stem housing spacers* by removing the bolt in each spacer on the top and bottom of the BPV housing.
There are eight stem housing spacers and eight bolts total.

Remove the Stem from the Housing
Utilizing a press, remove the stem from the housing.
The stem can be removed from either direction.
Replace the o-rings and oil seals located in the top and bottom of the BPV housing.
Replace the stem insert in the stem.
