Hello,
again a "preposition" problem!
Having compared the localisation and dimensions of x-structure *by/from/after* histological sections to the ones of the area of registered fractionated and double potentials a good agreement was obtained. (The distance from the RSPV to the mass of abnormal cardiomyocytes served as a landmark).
I understand that the histological sections were done, then the localisations and dimensions were determined and then the comparison was carried out, etc.
