One paragraph in a company constitution that I have to translation reads:
"10. Mulai hari panggilan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham sampai dengan hari rapat itu, pemindahan hak atas saham tidak diperkenankan."
I just don't get the logic of this sentence, even though I understand all words and phrases. What does the whole sentence mean?

It could me that between the time the meeting is announced and the meeting itself, no-one is allowed to dispose of shares. But there again, you never know. It's a thought anyway.
