Estoy traduciendo una presentación en power point y esta es la frase que aparece: Haga clic para modificar el estilo de título del patrón. No está relacionado con lo que estoy traduciendo, entiendo que es algo inherente al programa. Gracias!

I would ignore it. As you say, it's part of the program and has nothing to do with the presentation. The English equivalent is irrelevant.

heading style of the set/pattern/template/artwork

Microsoft's glossary entry for "estilo de título" is "heading style", while "patrón" yields a number of different entries.
Do any of those I've mentioned make sense?
