Dear colleagues,

I know I'll be found a museum icon by some of you, but Hotmail proved to be the best option for my daily correspondence.

Dear colleagues,

I know I'll be found a museum icon by some of you, but Hotmail proved to be the best option for my daily correspondence.

Yet here I have a question:
How to send out a group email without disclosing addresses of the list members ?

Last week, I finally created my small website and sent it out to my closest clients.

I hate, frankly speaking, seeing my own name among the endless crowd of other people whom I don't know and will never get to know, whatever nice they possibly are, and thus, I wouldn't do that to my contacts.

I tried bcc, but when a "reply" button is hit on such received email, all the other addressees were revealed. Therefore, I sent the emails out one by one.

Now I am translating the contents into my working languages and when finished, would like to send it out to another group of clients and business contacts.

Any idea how to avoid one-by-one sending?

Many thanks.

Inga

Hi Inga,

the easiest way to hide the name of the recipients is to send the message to yourself and add your clients' addresses in the BCC line. Yours will then be the only visible address.
