I am sadly being informed that they no longer support this excellent online resource. This was their message when inquiring about renewing my license:

In connection with the bankruptcy of firm: Scientific-Technical Publications, we regret to inform you that we were forced to remove Tłumacz Plus from our products for good, since the firm responsible for developing this application is not existing anymore. We will not provide any similar service to Tłumacz Plus and it is not avaiab... See more

Question: Does anyone know whether there is a new home online or offline for Tłumacz Plus?
