I would like to have my reported credentials verified. My diploma is in Russian. Do I need to attach a translation of my diploma into English? Can it be self-translated and does it have to be notarised?
Thank you.

Yes, please attach the English translation-- you can provide the translation yourself, and it does not need to be notarized. Please see http://www.proz.com/faq/2461#2461 for more information. Thanks!
Best regards,
Jared
