Translating recorded A/V - working in customer's secure system

We are looking for Certified Spanish to English translators. Primarily Mexican and Central/South-American Spanish.

We have ongoing projects from our law enforcement and legal customers.

Due to security requirements, you must work in our secure system. We can customize a workspace and tools for you.

Our most common task is an audio or video recording generated by a law enforcement agency, that is a mix of spoken Spanish and English.

We need all Spanish and English transcribed verbatim, and all Spanish translated. We provide a machine transcription, which you need to proof and validate while translating and listening to the entire recording.

We prefer a translator that will do both tasks, however, if you have a transcriber on your team that you can bring to the project, we will consider that.

We need your best per audio minute rate to do the combined work of transcribing (both languages verbatim) and translating the Spanish to English.

Again this work must be done within our secure system. We provide the audio/video and MS Word with templates. We are willing to work with you to add your preferred translation tools to your secure workspace.

Work volume varies from 1 job per week to dozens of jobs per month. Reliable, high quality workers will get the most work.

You and any members of your team must be domiciled in the United States and pass a variety of background checks, as well as submit to security/confidentiality agreements and training.
