This letter is to tell a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Peru. I have lived in the US for 14 years, so that brings out my bicultural skills.
My resume that highlights my bilingual and bicultural skills, as well as keyboarding, customer service, and communication areas is attached. I worked as an Spanish Interpreter for LATN (I am still active for 2 yrs now), Pacific Interpreters and Language Services. I currently work for Southwest Airlines in the International Desk department for 2 yrs now. I also do freelance translation online, which gave me the opportunity to translate a book from English to Spanish.
In addition to my skills, I have worked as a Medical Spanish Interpreter/Translator at the Washington Hospital Center for about a year. Simultaneously, I worked as a Glaucoma Screening Tester Interpreter for about 4 months. I have very good letters of recommendation from my former employers that I can provide.
