Hi, I am Shuai Fang.
I have seven years’ experience of working as a certified scrum master and Localisation Manager in Ash Gaming, a software company that produces leading online and retail gambling games. I have also worked as a game artist in a team of eight, on managing a variety of localization projects. The team assumes agile project management roles when determining how to best achieve the product goals. I work collaboratively to decide which artist should work on which tasks, which technical practices are necessary to achieve stated quality goals and so on. I have knowledge and experience in software development environments. This includes expertise and experience in all phases of project life cycle. I believe these prove my managerial, leadership and technical skills.
