قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية
أحكام أولية
دعوى الحق العام و دعوى الحق الشخصي
المادة (1):
يسمى هذا القانون (قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية لسنة 1961) و يُعمل به بعد مرور شهر على نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
المادة (2):
1. تختص النيابة العامة بإقامة دعوى الحق العام ومباشرتها و لا تقام من غيرها إلا في الأحوال المبينة في القانون.
2. و تجبر النيابة العامة على إقامتها إذا أقام المتضرر نفسه مدعيًا شخصيًا وفقًا للشروط المعينة في القانون.
3. و لا يجوز تركها أو وقفها أو تعطيل سيرها إلا في الأحوال المبينة في القانون.

The Rules of Penal Trials Code
Initial Provisions
Common right and personal right lawsuits
Article (1):
This code shall be called (the rules of penal trials code for the year 1961). It shall be effective one month after being published in the official gazette.
Article (2):
1- The public prosecution shall have jurisdiction over instituting the common right lawsuit, which shall be instituted by the public prosecution except in the cases illustrated in the law.
2- The public prosecution shall be bound to institute the common right lawsuit if the injured party institutes himself as a personal complainant in accordance with the specified conditions in the law.
3- The common right lawsuit shall not be stayed or suspended except in the cases illustrated in the law.

A Meningioma is a tumor that affects the cellular elements belonging to the meninges. It is commonly a benign (non-cancerous) tumor, and it rarely grows in a malignant phenotype.
Such tumor infiltrates the dura mater, particularly when multiple arachnoid villi are present.
Despite the fact that meningioma is a benign tumor, it can cause pressure on the brain and lead to erosion and damage of bone tissues. In rare cases, it can evolve into a malignant tumor and become a sarcoma
This type of cancer accounts for 30 percent of brain tumors. It is common among women, adults, and the elderly.
The risk of developing meningioma increases with age, and It is more likely to form in patients with a family history of neurofibromatosis which is a genetic syndrome that leads to the development of multiple benign tumors in the meninges and nerves

1.عامة
1.1 تكون شروط التسليم والدفع هذه سارية المفعول للبيع من قبل بورشة لمستورد بورشة.
البضائع التعاقدية كما هي محددة في الملحق 1: إلى اتفاقية استيراد بورشة-"أدناه هدف (أهداف) الشراء"
1.2 يحق لشركة بورشة، بناءً على طلب العميل و رهنًا بموافقة المستورد والوكيل، تسليم السيارة مباشرة للعميل النهائي مع تأثير تحريري مقابل دفع سعر الشراء. ينبغي على المستورد وكذلك الوكيل إرسال موافقة خطية إلى بورشة خلال وقت مناسب قبل تسليم السيارة للعميل النهائي.
1.3 الاتفاقيات التي تحيد عن هذا البند لا تكون سارية المفعول إلا إذا كانت مكتوبة.
1.4يلتزم المستورد بطلبه المكتوب لغاية أربعة أسابيع. يعتبر عقد الشراء ملزمًا إذا أثبتت بورشة الطلب بشكل كتابي أو نفذت التسليم في غضون تلك الفترة.
1.5 عقد الشراء و الحقوق و الواجبات الفردية الناشئة عنه غير قابلة للتحويل بدون موافقة خطية مسبقة من بورشة.

1. General
1.1 These Terms of Delivery and Payment are valid for the sale by Porsche to the Importer of Porsche Contract Goods as defined in Appendix 1 to the Porsche Import Agreement— hereinafter "the Object(s) of Purchase''.
1.2 Porsche has the right, at the customer's request and subject to the consent of the Importer and the Dealer, to deliver a vehicle with discharging effect directly to the end customer in return for payment of the purchase price. The Importer shall forward its written consent and that of the Dealer to Porsche in good time prior to delivery of the vehicle to the end customer.
1.3 Agreements which deviate from this provision are valid only if made in writing.
1.4 The Importer is bound to its written order for a maximum of four weeks. The contract of purchase is deemed concluded if Porsche confirms the order in writing or executes delivery within this period.
1.5 The contract of purchase and individual rights and duties arising therefrom are not transferable without the prior written consent of Porsche.
