Spanish/Portugese Transcription & English Translation - 13min audio

I have approximately 13 minutes of conversational audio containing Spanish (South American) and Portuguese (Brazilian), which I need transcribed and translated into English.

The overall recording quality is poor, so I am looking for a human translator/transcriber who is comfortable working carefully with difficult audio and replaying sections where necessary.

I would like:

* A transcription of the original Spanish/Portuguese speech.
* An English translation alongside or underneath the original transcription.
* Approximate timestamps throughout, ideally every 30–60 seconds and at any unclear sections.
* Different speakers labelled where reasonably possible (e.g. Speaker 1, Speaker 2).
* Any words that cannot be heard reliably marked as [inaudible] or [uncertain], rather than guessed.
* Where a word is uncertain but you have a likely interpretation, please indicate that clearly.

Please do not rely solely on automated transcription or AI as they are unlikely to cope with such poor quality audio. I am specifically looking for someone to listen to the original audio carefully and use their own Spanish/Portuguese language skills.
