Since graduating from the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, I have been working as a freelance translator for several clients, ranging from well-kown cultural institutions and government organs to NGOs and publishing ho...uses, as well as private clients.
The language pairs I usually work with are English-Spanish/Catalan and Chinese-Spanish/Catalan, and my areas of expertise are art, music, education, journalism, international relations and politics, among others. I also have a broad experience on the fields of audiovisual translation and subtitling.
At present I am working as a full time translation for the Press Section of the Embassy of Spain in China, and I also have collaborations with the Cervantes Institute of Beijing, as well as with several Chinese publishing houses.
Among the areas that sum up my scope of interests are international relations, international politics and economics, the media and language learning and teaching, as well as music and cinema.
