Slightly odd expression in EN. Usually, you use EITHER a 'cable gland' (presse-étoupe) OR a 'grommet' (passe fils), but I've never heard of BOTH terms applied to the SAME object.
I suggest you just use 'presse-étoupe', and simply let the 'entry gland' bit drop.
