Olive leaves / Medicine
We're not talking about beer here, but about the traditional Mediterranean practice of grinding olive leaves with water with a mortar and pestle and taking it as a medicine or tonic. Is it a tincture or an extract? Or.. well... a tonic?
Context:

traditional drink
You probably don't need to call it an infusion, medicine or whatever; just a traditional drink made from ground olive leaves.
