bedeutend/prestigevoll
"alto profilo istituzionale" würde wörtlich übersetzt ja "von hohem institutionellen Wert/Profil" heißen. In Deinem Zusammenhang würde ich also sagen "Ein Buch an einem prestigevollen Ort/an einer wichtigen oder bedeutenden Institution vorstellen/präsentieren."
