: I would avoid 'sautéed' because of the different meaning in France, which certainly would NOT apply to Brie! 'pan-seared' is safer / I had something just like this yesterday -- delish!

Saisie is about the fact that this is finger-food, or a buffet snack, not about the preparation method.
