n the professed execution of the trusts and powers of this Settlement none of the Trustees nor any member or officer or employee of a corporation which is a Trustee shall be liable for any loss to the Trust Fund caused by any mistake or omission or any other thing made or undertaken in good faith by such Trustee or other person except the following matters on the part of the particular Trustee or other person who it is sought to make liable:

deliberate fraud or other deliberate wrongdoing; and

in the case of a Trustee who is acting as trustee in the course of a business or profession and is entitled to charge for his services as such trustee or a member or officer or employee of a corporation which is a Trustee and is entitled to charge for its services as such trustee, negligence.
