Would anyone know what hoofdelijkheid is?
This is 'joint liability' in EuroDicAutom, but a translator here has it as 'individuality' (?) and it means, in a rental contract, that the lessee is the one responsible for most everything . . .

Ik denk dat het hier gewoon om hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid gaat. Ik zou de zin in zijn geheel moeten zien om dit er goed in te passen. Je zou de zin wellicht in een iets andere vorm moeten gieten.
