appropriation and distribution of income

Both affectation des benefices and reparation des benefices are defined as the same thing on the Eurodic website. The specific definitions givens are as follows: (1) appropriation of earnings,
(2) appropriation of profits, (3) profit distribution, (4) income to be distributed, and (5) income appropriation; so I thought "appropriation and distribution of income" was a good guess. When you appropriate you take funds for a particular use and when you distribute funds, you direct towards a particular endeavor. Good luck.
Peer comment(s):

disagree nnaemeka Odimegwu : the idea here is not to take funds, not appropriation

Peer comment(s):

neutral df49f (X) : appropriation proposed by Amy is correct - and distribution, she already proposed

disagree rkillings : "Distribution" is worth avoiding because the funds don't leave the entity. Frankly, "allocation of profits" tout court is plenty.
