Lo que sucede aquí es un error ortográfico. Debían poner "therefor" y pusieron "therefore".
Tienes razón. "Therefore" aquí no significa nada. "Therefor", sí.

Claro, todo depende de cómo se traduce el antecedente: "Property" - estoy suponiendo que lo traduces como "Propiedad"....de ahí que la traducción sería "responsable de la misma" "liable THEREFOR".

: Debieron utilizar "therefor" (del mismo, de la misma - cf. hereby, herein, thereby etc...)) y no "therefore" (por consiguiente". Son dos palabras totalmente diferentes.
