Sociedad Anónima = corporation

S.A. is common for "sociedad anónima" which is a corporation. If S.A. is used in a business name (i.e., XXX, S.A.), I do not translate it since it is part of the name. C.A. can mean "capital autorizado." In such a case, S.A.C.A. would be "sociedad anónima de capital autorizado," or a close-end stock corporation (according to Thomas West). I hope that this helps.

S.A. de C.V.

It's similar to "Inc." or "Ltd.," but don't translate it that way. Just leave it like it is. It's part of the company's name. What it stands for is "Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable."
