Stand with your feet slightly wider than your hips. Let your arms hang freely at your sides and check that their weight is not causing you to narrow through your chest. Raise your arms, individually and then both together, by reaching into the space beyond your fingers and stop at the point where the arms are extending out from the back at a 45° angle. Think about your hands going away from your upper back, and your legs going towards the ground, which together facilitate the two-way muscle stretch through your body.
1) Direct the weight of your body down through your feet. Rotate both your arms so your palms face forwards. Point your fingers towards the ground.
2) Raise your left arm by **releasing into the space beyond your fingertips**. Release your neck and drop your shoulders. Allow your left hand to lengthen diagonally away from your right foot. Keep your weight equally above both feet. Lower your arm.

io la intendo un po' come "far cadere, rilasciare (per rilassarsi dalle tensioni), abbandonandola nello spazio dietro la punta delle dita".
