What is EV? I haven't been able to find anything.

As for RIVA = accelerated idioventricular rhythm, is it OK to say 'more or less' meaning that the rhythm is more or less accelerated?

Estoy de acuerdo con la traducción de Jacek, pero extrasystole se utiliza más en textos traducidos; lso anglosajones utilizan más "premature beats", aunque su traducción literal sea latidos prematuros, que en cambio, se usa menos en español.
