Medical
Posteriormente, RIVA más o menos y EV en parejas. No episodes of sustained tachy-arrhythmias to date.
What is EV? I haven't been able to find anything.
As for RIVA = accelerated idioventricular rhythm, is it OK to say 'more or less' meaning that the rhythm is more or less accelerated?

ventricular premature beat (VPB)
Estoy de acuerdo con la traducción de Jacek, pero extrasystole se utiliza más en textos traducidos; lso anglosajones utilizan más "premature beats", aunque su traducción literal sea latidos prematuros, que en cambio, se usa menos en español.
"Ventricular premature beats (VPBs)
2 ventricular premature beats are also shown in this ECG
They are broad occur earlier than normal and are followed by a full compensatory pause (the distance between the normal beats before and after the VPB is equal to twice the normal cycle length). "
"... type of ventricular arrhythmia in both healthy and diseased individuals is the ventricular premature beat. The incidence of this condition increases with age. ... "
"... fluctuations of sinus rhythm cycle length after a single ventricular premature beat (VPB) recorded in long-term Holter electrocardiograms. In low risk patients ... "
