Correct technical term? Context is a statistical program collecting statistics about call traffic for voice portal system.
Mit Hilfe des Programs sind zwei verschiedene Abläufe der Statistikauswertung möglich. Bei der ersten Variant werden nur Statistikdaten zu einer Gesamtdatei zusammengefasst.
The 2nd variant provides an Excel file "zur graphischen Auswertung".
Compound file? My TM says total file but I am not convinced.

a 'compound file' is already a specialised term and it is unlikely that it applies here:

Although I don't like the "total file" either, I'd recommend to check with the client before changing it, if your TM came from them.

Entire or complete are both feasible depends on how you want to build your sentence. It would merely be a personall preference since both words mean the same.
