The Manager of the Maintenance Service will have overall responsibility for monitoring and supervising ongoing maintenance work and renovation projects at the Mr X Private Properties, with particular emphasis on ensuring compliance with Mr X’ requests/requirements and the local regulations.





He will be responsible for the preventative maintenance work and renovation at the X location. His responsabilities:
• Leading and managing a team of technicians, co-ordinating their activities to ensure that the equipment, infrastructure and buildings are maintained in good condition. The quality of this work is to meet high standards set and work is to be completed on time.
• Offering a rapid response in the event of a break down or emergency, assessing the situation and proposing and/or arranging the necessary remedial action.
• Monitoring the condition of the buildings and equipment, anticipating, planning and overseeing regular preventative maintenance and renovation work to ensure that standards are met.
