Finnish-style house
I originally thought it might be a sauna hut (in Finland these are often in a separate hut at the end of the garden or whatever), but a google search disproved that. A reference to a 2-story Finnhütte suggests that this is some kind of a wooden (Finnish-style) holiday house/hut.
