It's always a bit of a pain to translate this word participación, as it is inferior to a share. I usually use interests. By adding equity before it you are being more specific, you are only speaking about ordinary interests (or ordinary shares if the company had shares). "Participaciones preferentes" do exist, so you would have to look at your text. The same problem occurs with stock, as this is the US for equity interests. Interests is a little wide on its own but still a solution I think or ownership interests, I know one of the big banks here in Spain translates it that way.

You could use shareholding interests too. In fact in the heading I use either ownership interests or shareholding interests then drop down to interests in the text itself.

If the minimum fixed capital is $1626612147, it surely must be a Limited Company (equivalent to Sociedad Anónima).
In my opinion (though I am aware that some people will disagree), if a Limited Liability Company has shares and shareholders, then a Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.L.) also have shares and shareholders (named "participaciones" and "socios" in Spanish).

What I mean is that both acciones (S.A.) and participaciones (S.L.) can be translated as shares (though most translators prefer to make a distinction). They are essentially the same thing, though they have different names in Spanish.
However, in this case, because its size, the company in question is likely to be a Limted Company, equivalent to a Sociedad Anónima.

I am sorry again. I got mixed up because I was trying to do many things at the same time. It obviously is question of a Sociedad Limitada and the figure $1626612147 was picked form elsewhere.
Example:
