English to Spanish Other Real Estate

If this Lease be not terminated or if Tenant does not elect to terminate this Lease as aforesaid then the **award** or payment for the Taking shall be paid to and used by Landlord for restoration as hereinafter set forth and Landlord shall promptly commence and with due diligence continue to restore the Premises remaining after the Taking to substantially the same condition and tenantability as existed immediately preceding the Taking.
