They all refer to the same thing in a general sense, but luz/lumen refers specifically to the open space inside the tube (as does airways), moreover the two terms luces/lumina are cognates and are in the same register

agree Barbara Thomas : Bronchial tubes/lumina are both correct, also airways or bronchi. Lumina is more technical.
