I'd go for "posledny vykrik mody" which is closer to the meaning of cutting-edge fashion than "najnovsia moda" (latest fashion), if it has to be in 'proper' Slovak, otherwise "dernier cri" which I think would fit well in the world of fashion.

i do not think so, cutting edge fashion is ok term - check my link - it is typical for japanese designers - it is too innovative fashion
