Another option. The Diccionario Politécnico Edit. Castilla gives "swivel-mounted" for "basculante". Good luck, Lisa.

agree Gary Smith Lawson : According to the definition I'd say swivel mounted, if they mean horizontally, if not : self -levelling. Forget paella, that's simply Catalan (or Valencian!) for frying pan; I'd put "swivel-mounted cooking pan".)

Creo entender que el artefacto, con su brazo articulado, hace bascular la paella (es decir, moverla de un lado a otro para mezclar los ingredientes así como evitar que se pegue al fondo)
