Hebrew term
ברמת מעטפת
Hebrew to English
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
Hello,
Office space for rent ברמת מעטפת -
I think this means that you rent the space only and can build your office in it on your own. I'm not sure of the extent - is it completely unbuilt, or just unfurnished? I need either a corresponding term or at least an explanatory one in English.
This is for an urgent job so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

non-partitioned office space
In office space rentals, this term is used to refer to fully-built office space, usually including all necessary infrastructure, but without the internal partitioning walls.
I don't think there's a precisely equivalent term in English, but non-partitioned office space is pretty self-explanatory.

I think that this term means exactly what you have suggested, but I don't know the English term for it.
Maybe this will give you some inspiration until someone else will give his/hers opinion on the subject.

at building shell stage
simply, maatefet habinyan is the building shell. It is at this stage of construction that the offer is being made

Thanks, this makes sense too, though I ended up using "nonpartitioned." |
