From a description of a facial cleanser:

Enfin l’excipient, texture active basée sur l’alliance de sucres et huiles de qualité agro-alimentaire, procure un toucher particulièrement riche et fondant.

I'm having a hard time finding a way of putting this that does not sound "industrial", since the focus of the text is on how pure and natural they are, bien sur.
I'm thinking of simply toning down to "a blend of quality sugars and oils".
Your suggestions are welcome, especially since this has to be sent off within the hour...

That's what you often see in similar contexts, and I think it has the appropriate positive connotation that you need here.
