Por lo que tengo entendido, me da la impresíon de que el organismo tributario correspondiente tiene que elaborar o preparar un documento "X" en aras de cumplir con algún requisito de índole jurídica o por el estilo
En el diccionario del Lic. Thomas L. West, se encuentra el término "levantar un acta - to prepare or draw up a document", entonces en virtud de las circunstancias, haz de cuenta que los del organismo de impuestos vieron la situación y dijeron "manos a la obra", a levantar esa acta.
