German term

Tabletteneinlage

German to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
A word with 2 irrelevant Google hits in German. From a table. It says that the DRPH specification is approx 539.4 kg.

Did you ever find out what it was? I'm curious :)
Jonathan MacKerron Jul 15, 2008:
could you provide the exact wording in German please
Anne Schulz Jul 15, 2008:
Since you asked about tablet coating and filming before, this Google hit might not be altogether irrelevant: http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?WO=1997039755&IA=WO19970...
Otherwise, I'd second Chetan's remarks.
casper (X) Jul 15, 2008:
a) What does "DRPH specification" mean?
b) Can you tell us more about the table, please? Like what is it about, which other terms does it contain?
c) Does the term appear anywhere else in the source text? What is the source text about?

some ideas but nothing definite without more context

My first thought is that it's the packaging - possibly a blister pack or similar, but that's a heck of a weight for packaging. I suppose it could also be 'filling' in the sense of the inactive materials that make up the bulk of the tablet.

I'm increasingly thinking it's 'filler'. See link:
