English term

transfer fee

English to French Marketing Wine / Oenology / Viticulture acquisition de domaine viticole
Great to hear you like the idea of buying your own,hassle-free, private winery. In total, we create a strictly limited number of 20 private wineries. They cover 2 hectare (5 acres) each and all are provided with the same, full facilities. The Initial Investment is EUR XXXXX. including all local notary, registration and transfer fees. This amount is refundable upon request and "re-issuance" by the XXXXXX, subject to a "transfer fee". Frais de transfert? Merci! :-)

frais de cession

Not quite sure what exactly this is meant to cover in this specific context, but I certainly think this could be one viable possiiblity.

neutral Tony M : I've a feeling we're reading this completely differently! I think it's about getting your investment back only if the winery is 'issued' to someone else, in which case, cost of transfer to new owner will be deducted from your reimbursement

For a man who "Not quite sure what exactly this is meant ", you have a lot to say !

Peer comment(s):

agree Tony M : If this is that specific, then I would totally agree; my only concern is that they are talking more generally about the wider cost of the transfer, as suggested by the 2nd use of the term...
