hi again guys. Again i´m afraid i have the definition but can´t find a translation. Can anyone help?
Empréstitos Forzosos: son aquellas sumas de dinero que los particulares deben suscribir obligatoriamente, generalmente representadas por un porcentaje de sus rentas y que se presupone serán reembolsadas en el futuro.

: Lydia, to the best of my knowledge, an "empréstito" is a foreign debt loan. I found the definition of "debenture loan" and I am pasting it in the discussion panel for this question. I think it would be interesting to analyze this issue in depth.
