Ingredientes:

2 naranja(s) bonitas
1 taza(s) azúcar
2 hoja(s) colapez
1 taza(s) jugo de naranjas
1/4 taza(s) agua hirviendo
Instrucciones

Endulce la taza de jugo de naranjas con el azúcar en un tiesto de loza. Remoje el colapez en agua helada y dilúyalo en el agua hirviendo. Cuélelo y agréguelo al jugo. Lave con una escobilla las naranjas, pártalas por la mitad y saque cuidadosamente la comida sin romper las cáscaras. Vacíe el jugo con el colapez mezclado a las cáscaras y asiéntelas en una bandeja. Una vez a medio cuajar póngalas en el refrigerador alrededor de una hora. Antes de servir recorte el borde de la cáscara con una tijera y divida cada mitad en tres cascos.
