It seems the board is reluctantly delegating such authority to the Chairman who may have had overstepped his bounds without prior delegation. Now the board is saying that they are tolerating his prior actions and delegate the authority to him to sign contracts and accept work orders. Apparently, this a very strict company that requires prior board approval for taking such actions.
