Un poco a ojo, en línea con mi propuesta para tu siguiente pregunta.

agree Ventnai : Eso es. Un poco raro el "flipping" - suena como una palabrota. Sería flip-in o, mejor, flip-out

agree neilmac : Tambien puede ser "reversible" o "abatible", hace falta mas contexto.

desgraciada (expletive) bocina integral

We really need context in your query in order to be of help. ?Source country and target country? Topic of the document, its type and language register? A paragrph of text that includes the query term?

Still, at a wild guess, I suggest 'desgraciada' for 'flipping'. In the U.S., 'Flipping' is a mild expletive adjective based on 'fucking', used by folks who don not want to talk dirty but want to emphasize whatever they are saying about the following noun.
Pehaps this will help you out. Best of luck.

Having seen the context for this query in your other query, I retract this Answer. Your choice of the Answer by Beatriz should serve nicely.
