Ik denk dat het hier waarschijnlijk gaat om het aanbieden/veilen(i.e. beschikbaar 'stellen') van indivuele kavels in een zgn. eindcombinatie.

See also the discussion in the comments. I derived the term 'end combination' from http://www.troostwijkauctions.com/UK/Combination/11960/53899... However, this appeaars to be an unreliable source (UK version of Dutch auctioneer's website). Textpertise is absolutely right that 'end combination' is an unknown term in UK/US English.
As an alternative translation I propose a combination of the answers provided so far: 'final auctioning of multiple lots' or 'final auctioning of combinations of individual lots'. I am not altogether sure whether these translations also cover the fact that bids on 'eindcombinaties' cancel any preceding bids on the individual lots that are combined in these 'eindcombinaties' (see reference comment).

Assuming Kitty and Sindy are correct, unfortunately I do not know of the term "end combinations" as an auction term in English, nor do I find it on the web. I have therefore suggested an alternative which is more feasible.

Please, then, provide an English term for whatever it is Kitty and Sindy are describing because "end combinations" is an unknown formulation.

Difficult with so little context. I am assuming that stelling is as in "magazijnstellingen". Could also be scaffolding (as per the website given) or ladder or barricade. On cursory examination the term combinatiestelling appears only on Belgian websites so far and I am rather Netherlands-orientated. You may be better helped by a Belgian with knowledge of local dialect. Anyone??
