In the original text, the first "aus" is to be omitted in any case; and the first "Stellt aus/frei" is the wrong German word. As for the original text wrong wording has been chosen, the only possibility remaining to the translator is to write in his own words the correct meaning, such as "the supplier will bear all costs" or something similar depending on the context of the whole text.

: Wieso kann das "aus" wegfallen? Der Lieferant stellt frei von jeglichem Aufwand AUS der Haftung - und das ist was anderes, als sämtliche Kosten zu übernehmen!

: The "aus" is certainly needed here - the verb in queston is freistellen (to release or idemnify), and they are being released from their liability (aus der Haftung). There is no need to change the wording - this would only cloud the original's meaning
